Management System Standards
Certification can be an extremely valuable asset to a business. It can enable them to attract more clients, and build better customer confidence. In addition to this, some organisations require prospective vendors to be certified to management standards, in order to bid for work/tenders.
In order to be “Certified” and display the “ISO” logos on your business cards, letterheads and website, your business must have a Management System that is certified to the requirements of one, or a combination of the aforementioned standards.
We specialise in assisting businesses with developing and implementing management systems for Quality (ISO9001), Safety (AS4801), and Environment (14001), which puts businesses on the path to becoming certified.
Our Path to Certification Program is our core service. It assists businesses with developing and implementing management systems in a structured and proven manner. The program typically takes around 10 weeks which eliminates the lengthy process of other consultancies, who often estimate 6-9 months. Our consultants have years of industry experience assisting Australian businesses, and offer our clients on-going support after the Path to Certification Program has concluded, to ensure that the management systems remain in place.
Our program covers:
- ISO9001
- ISO14001
- HACCP/ISO22000
- SMETA
- Australian Privacy Principles / Personally Identifiable Information
- AS/NZS4801 /ISO 45001/OHSAS18001
- ISAGO (IATA Standards for Airport Ground Operations)
We also offer Gap Analyses, which identify any gaps between your business’ existing systems and the requirements of a particular standard. You are provided with a full report following the analysis, which is useful in enabling you to assess how much work needs to be done to comply with management system standards. Following this, consultants are always available to help you put a plan in place to meet these standards.
